Corona update

Covid-19 creates dynamism among our employees, their families, our customers and our suppliers. We, the NNZ group, do everything we can to protect the health of all parties involved and to ensure continuity in business operations.
Each NNZ location has a corona task force team. They monitor, analyse, act upon findings and share local developments around the coronavirus with the NNZ group corona team. In addition to extensive hygiene measures, most of our employees now work from home. They all have the equipment to enable digital communication so that they remain at your service. For the coming weeks we have postponed customer visits.
One of our priorities is to keep the stock in our warehouses at the required levels to fulfil the needs of our customers and deliver on time. We do this in close cooperation with our network and our national and international suppliers.
Bottlenecks may occur in the supply chain due to measures being taken to fight the coronavirus and as a result, deliveries may be delayed or the exact delivery date cannot be guaranteed. If this occurs, our staff will inform you and advise you on possible solutions or alternatives; such as replacement packaging or generic printed goods, etc. Detailed planning and forecasting on your part can help in this situation where we do our utmost to provide you with the best possible service in these difficult circumstances.
