Due to the current situation regarding Covid-19, we have taken extensive measures to protect our employees. Next to that it is very important for us at NNZ to inform you about the current status of delivery capabilities and compliance with the supply chains.
One of the measures is to not paying visits to our customers for the coming weeks. We will of course continue our support by phone or mail.
Looking at our warehouse situation and the intensive coordination with our suppliers, we assume that we will be able to deliver goods until further notice. We do ask for your understanding that due to the Europe-wide measures taken in the fight against Corona, bottlenecks can occur in the supply chain. The constantly changing measures and the restrictions imposed by the individual countries in Europe do not allow a precise statement on delivery capabilities. We anticipate that there may be some delays with goods delivered into our warehouses in the next few weeks.
If this should occur, our staff will be happy to advise you on possible solutions, such as the use of replacement packaging, generic printed goods, etc. Extensive pre-planning and forecasting on your part supports us all in this problematic situation. We regret this very critical situation, but we will try to continue to support you with the best possible service.
